Adobe wanted to support a peak industry creative festival with high-value communications and engagement tools. All items had to seamlessly interact to deliver “cred” for Adobe in the audience, largely made up of young millennial design professionals. A key requirement was a feature-rich app that allowed multiple real-time polling, feedback and voting actions during the live, five-hour event.
Working closely with the Adobe marketing team, Cyberbia designed and coded a fully-responsive online registration, ticketing and payment capture microsite, multiple invitation eDMs, a check-in system, and an event app. On-site registration was supported by in-email barcodes, which were scanned into Cyberbia’s proprietary event registration system, RegoReady. The event website also hosted live streaming video from the festival.
Cyberbia was able to deliver a complete ensemble of registration, expo and engagement solutions for Adobe across mobile and desktop. The event was attended by a capacity crowd at Carriageworks Sydney and the client reported attendees engaging enthusiastically with the app, which had around 1,500 installs and more than 17,000 in-app interactions by event end.
